The uterus is the queen of the body.
A woman comes into clarity about her life purpose when her uterus is well positioned.

What is Unexplained Infertility?
Unexplained infertility is defined as infertility after having regular sex over 12 months without identified problems with ovulation, fallopian tubes, sperm quality, or any other known contributing factors to fertility.
This is the perfect case scenario for natural medicine and visceral/vascular manipulation.
Can Natural Medicine Help With Unexplained Infertility?
Yes, Dr. Caroline Peterson looks at you and your body with a different lens than biomedicine uses.
Dr. Caroline Peterson’s model of care allows for closer inspection.
I always say I am picky.
I will notice things that other people don’t notice.
The things that others accept as “good enough” I will want to optimize.
In functional medicine, we use a more narrow range of lab references because we want optimal health.
In manual therapy, I want organ relationships, neurologic input, and fluid movements to be close to ideal.
The mind-body therapy called neuroemotional technique provides us with a tool to address stressors that could be contributing to unexplained infertility.
If infertility is unexplained, that doesn’t mean there is no explanation.
It just means the contributing factors have not yet been identified.
How Will Dr. Caroline Peterson Help Me With Unexplained Infertility?
First, she will begin by looking at all the lab and imaging you have already done.
Second, she will take a careful history
Third, she will conduct a careful exam that will include examining and treating the visceral, vascular, neurologic, lymphatic, musculoskeletal, emotional, and energetic systems of the body. She follows a model of care called “find it and fix it”. This models is based on the body guiding priorities of care. Once the body identifies a priority, that is fixed, and then the next priority is identified and fixed.
Fourth, additional lab will be ordered if indicated
Fifth, dietary and lifestyle practices and changes will be discussed
How Much Treatment Will I Need and How Long Will It Take?
Most people with unexplained infertility have a significant component of visceral and vascular involvement.
Most people will need about 20 hours of manual therapy
I estimate approximately 5 hours of consulting about lab, diet, lifestyle etc.
There will be about 1 hour of instruction in exercise and self-care
For in-town patients I encourage intensive manual therapy sessions a minimum of 2 hour a minimum of once a week.
For out-of town patients, we will do all 20 hours of manual therapy while you are in town as 2 or 4 hour sessions most days.
It will take several weeks to get some of the labs back.
If you are in town for only a week, we can do all 20 hours of manual therapy in one week, and most consults by phone.
